FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Below I have listed some questions I often get asked before a client decides to book in.

Q: HOW DOES THE BOOKING PROCESS WORK?

A: First, you'll fill out a booking request form, the form has all the info I require. In 1-5 days you will get a response from my assistant with a an hourly estimate and few date options. Once a date is chosen, you will send the deposit and that's it, you're all booked in!

Q: WHAT IS YOUR HOURLY RATE?

A: My rate is 180 an hour. I only charge for ink time!

Q: HOW DOES THE DEPOSIT WORK?

​

A: A deposit is required to secure your booking, no deposit = no appointment. The deposit is 105 dollars and is paid via e-transfer. It is non-refundable and only transferrable once. At least 48 hours notice is required to reschedule, anything under the 48 hours and the deposit is considered forfeit.

Q: WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS?

A: Currently I work Tuesday to Friday & the odd Saturday (No Saturdays in summer months). Available start times are 11am, noon or 1pm. 2pm is available for small pieces (under 3 hours).
Q: WILL YOU TATTOO UNDER 18?

A: No, you must be 18 or older to be tattooed by me. No exceptions.
Q: DO YOU TATTOO IN COLOUR?

A: For now, just black and white. I suggest finding an artist who specializes in colour work if you're looking for colour!

Q: WILL YOU DO COVER-UPS?

A: Sometimes, it really depends on the size and darkness of the original tattoo, as well as what you're wanting to cover it with.
If it's a scar that you want covered then there is a higher chance I can cover it - also depending on the scar (texture, size, colour) and what you are hoping to cover it up with.
Q: CAN I VIEW MY TATTOO DESIGN BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT?

A: I no longer send out designs before-hand, most of the time I draw the designs or details on to the skin at the time of the appointment. Anything pre-drawn will be available to view and make changes at the time of the appointment. I make sure to leave lots of extra time before starting the tattoo for possible drawing/stencilling or changes. I will not tattoo anything that my client is not 100% happy with.

Q: WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU TAKE?

A: At the time of the appointment, cash, debit and credit are accepted for the remaining balance. Only the deposit can be accepted via e-transfer.
